Returns & ExchangesWe strive to provide the highest quality customer service and want our PPL to love their purchases. For full price online purchases, we offer a full refund within 5 days of delivery and store credit within 15 days of delivery.
For full price in store purchases we offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase and store credit within 7 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling.
- Proof of purchase is required for a refund
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect and a replacement of the merchandise is not possible
- Tax charges are refunded in accordance to state and county laws
- Custom special order items may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept returns on these items. Custom orders include art and furniture purchased online and in store.
- The item/s must be in the same condition that you received.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive to our warehouse.
ExchangesExchanges can be made in store or via contacting email@example.com. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
