Shipping rates are calculated based on the price total of the merchandise in your cart, and handling fees are included. As closely as possible, our shipping rates are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order, and ensure that it meets the highest expectations. In Store Pick Up
This option is subject to our weekly delivery schedule and is available on a case-by-case basis for paid orders, as we cannot store packages at retail locations for extended time. Please feel free to contact Customer Care.
Delivery Surcharge
Furniture items and items that are bulky, heavy, or limited availability may have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. Exceptions to the standard shipping are noted on the product page, and any additional charges will be displayed when the item is added to your shopping cart.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
At present, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories. White Glove & Freight Delivery items and some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states.
White Glove Delivery
With White Glove Delivery, even large and hard-to-handle items are delivered with special care. The delivery service provider will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time, then bring the item into your home, unpack and inspect it, perform simple assembly and dispose of all packaging material. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location.
Special Order Items
Normally ship in 2-8 weeks depending on the item.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
We cannot ship most items to a P.O. Box.
Shipping to a Different Address
To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, click on the "Ship to Different Address" link in the Shopping Cart for each item and update the recipient information.
Sales Tax
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped within Washington state.
International Shipping
At present, we cannot ship orders to addresses outside the US.
